Hey everyone, by now you will have received an email or correspondence about the purchasing of nucs from the red zone.
If you have purchased bees from us here at The Backyard Beekeeper the majority of Nucs have come from a site at Wakefield or Murray's Beach with some much further afield at Lansdowne coming back to these two apiaries before coming to me at Valentine NSW.
We have no apiaries within the Red zones of Newcastle with the closet apiary to the Port at approx 27klm.
The commercial beekeeper has checked all apairy sites for mites with none being found.
The Backyard Beekeepers registration number is N5582 in case it is required. Our address can be found via google search.
